Strategy Overview

Installation is included with all Varian LC's. Warranty is standard 12 months, i.e., 12 months from date of installation or maximum of 15 months from date of shipment.
Service training will be conducted via structured face-to-face trainings in regional hubs, where up to six designated HPLC Field Service Specialists (FSS) will attend.
Training for Varianís Analytical instrument Qualification (AIQ) is conducted separately.
In the short-term, training of additional service personnel will be carried out by the trained Field Service Specialists (FSS) in each region. After the initial service training roll-out period, HPLC service training courses will also be offered and delivered by the factory Field Support group.
