Service Training Material

The training strategy is that we now have a layered organisation of System Installers, Trouble-Shooters and Specialists. Specialists are trained by  the factory. Training of System Installers and Trouble-Shooters can be done by the trained Specialists.
There are installers modules for all instruments which can be extracted and combined for an installers course.
Then there are troubleshooting modules for all instruments that can be extracted and combined for our trouble shooters.

Installers and trouble shooters courses can be given in combination, depending on the needs of each region, but must be certified separately.

It is important that when training has taken place regionally, that a copy of the exams and of the certificates is send to Melbourne where they will be filed. Upon receipt of the exams and certificates, Dealernet will be updated with the names of the certified engineers.
